The Prime Minister did not suddenly decide to go to this place.   His visit was announced well in advance.......Yet there was very little in the way of security.  No bullet proof glass. No automatic weapons....For an American this is quite a surprise!  America has roughly 300,000,000 people.  Japan has about 126,000,000 people.   Last year about 27,000 people were murdered in the  USA.  Last year about 200 people were murdered in Japan..........Even the people who transport money from banks here are not allowed to carry guns.  Instead of guns they carry mean looking clubs.......
